New house on Ivanhoe Ave

Rhonda and I became aware of a new house that was just completed at the end of 2013 right in the heart of the old Village. We made an offer and moved in January of 2014. Our new address is 7736 Ivanhoe Avenue, La Jolla, CA 92037. It has a large roof deck, a garage with storage, an elevator, and it is only 2 blocks to Prospect Street.
